The bed was incredibly comfortable for a good night's sleep.
I faced a shocking lack of professionalism during my stay. After cycling for hours, I arrived at the hotel only to be told that my pre-booked room was unavailable. I was left waiting for over an hour with no communication from management, which was infuriating and unacceptable.

I spent three nights at Anise Hotel during my trip to Hanoi. The staff truly stood out as exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, especially a lady named Jeanny who went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good place to unwind after long days of exploring. One downside was the bathroom. it had a bit of mold, which detracted from the overall cleanliness. The breakfast options were good enough, but I noticed the staff behind the counter were smoking during service, which didn't create the best dining atmosphere. The hotel is perfectly located. outside the busyness of the old town but still easily walkable to major attractions. There was a secure storage area for our bicycles, which was very convenient. a mixed experience with fantastic staff but some cleanliness issues to address.
